General By accessing this site, attending free workshops, viewing webinars and/or purchasing training from Precision Trader you signify that you have read and accepted the following term and conditions. Your use of this site, webinars and/or the purchase of our products or any free educational material provided indicates your acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree to be bound by these terms then please exit the site immediately and do not proceed with training through Precision Trader. These terms can be modified at any time without notice. All information that is provided on this site is for educational purposes only. Cancellation & Refund Policy If you purchase a product or service from Precision Trader then you must make advance payment in full. You will be entitled to a refund if you request so from us in writing within 5 working days of payment. You may alternatively wish to transfer to another product or service that we offer. Due to our limited class numbers, this must be communicated to us within 5 working days of payment. After 5 working days, no refunds will be provided if you do not to attend the event for any reason. Please note that all refunds are subject to a £100 administration fee to cover banking costs incurred. At the discretion of Precision Trader management, we may in some instances accept deposits to secure your place. If so, all remaining payments must be made in full 10 business days before your date of training and all deposits are non refundable. General Release By accessing this site or by purchasing products or participating in free training or webinars from Precision Trader you hereby generally release Precision Trader and its employees and representatives, including but not limited to, the host facility, its employees or agents from any liability whatsoever related to my participation in this course of training.You hereby assume the risk for claims here fore and hereafter arising from your participation in this training or by the use of this website.
