When you registered for the webinar, an email will have been sent to the email address you supplied. This will include a link for you to click on when you are ready to join the session. We recommend you join the webinar 10 minutes prior to the start time.
If you have not received an email with a link, you may have registered with an incorrect email address and therefore you will need to register again.

2) You may need to install the latest Adobe Flash Player to enable video playback. The most recent version of Flash Player can be downloaded from http://www.adobe.com/go/getflashplayer.

4) Generally Firefox seems to work better than Internet Explorer. Download the latest version of Firefox here http://www.mozilla-europe.org/en/firefox/

If you have any problems viewing the relevant course button, it is normally because your page has not been refreshed properly.
Therefore please log out of the website by clicking on the “Log Out” button which is located on the bottom left hand side of the website under “Accounts Links”. Then close the window and then open a new window and log back into our website.
Please note the page will not be correctly refreshed if you simply close down the window and reopen a new one without logging out as stated above.

Please refresh your web page and try playing the video again.

If you would like an email alert everytime a new Precision Perspectives video is posted, please go to your account (by clicking on the Members Login button on the top menu bar).

Click on the Email Notifications tab link and then the Categories tab link.

Tick the Newsletter category for which you would like alerts and then click Save. This will ensure that alerts are emailed to you.

All questions you would like to be covered in the mentoring sessions must be emailed to mentoring@tradewithprecision.com by the Friday before the session.
Your questions / screen shots need to be pasted into a power point document.
 

Mentoring sessions are normally recorded and placed in the Mentoring Archive within 24 hours after the webinar. If you are entitled to Mentoring, then you should also be able to see the Mentoring Archive in your Members Area.

Mentoring sessions are held as follows:

• MTM - 1st & 4th Monday of every month at 9pm (UK time)
• PFX - 2nd Monday of every month at 9pm (UK time)

Precision Perspectives is a daily video newsletter service from Trade With Precision (also known as our Video Newsletter or PP).  Please refer to this page for further information on the service. Please make sure that your pc has all of the required updates for the media player installed. You may need to also enter a username and password depending on the webinar you are trying to access.

All of our Trade With Precision webinars are recorded and placed on our website for you to view at your leisure. Most webinars are available to view for 1 week after the session. The link for the recording will be emailed to you 1 hour after the session to the email address you registered with. Both visual and audio will be supplied in this recording.

There are two ways you can listen to the presenter of the webinar. VOIP is available and will be automatically transmitted through your speakers on your pc. If you do not have speakers enabled on your pc, you will be required to dial in to the session using your telephone. The number can be found in the email you received when you originally registered for the webinar session.

Refreshers are only available for the courses you have already purchased and completed.

For a recorded refresher, you can tell us when you would like to do this, and we can organise your access. If you need to change this time, you need to tell us prior to the refresher commencing, otherwise we cannot change this.

For the live refresher, we will book you in on the date for which it has been set.
