Financial Services Guide

This Financial Services Guide (FSG) is issued by Precision Universal LP trading as Trade With Precision ("TWP") as an Authorised Representative of City Index Australia Pty Ltd (“City Index Australia”), a financial services licensee (AFSL 345646), and is designed to assist clients in deciding whether to use any of the services offered by Trade with Precision. City Index Australia Pty Ltd has given permission to Trade with Precision to provide you this FSG. It contains information about the services we provide, how to communicate with us, who we act for in providing these services and remuneration that we receive. The FSG also contains information on how complaints about our services are dealt with. If, after reading this guide, further information is required then please do not hesitate to contact us.

Trade with Precision
Trade With Precision is a registered trading name of Precision Universal LP. Precision Universal LP is registered as a Limited Partnership in New Zealand (Reg#2540518). Precision Universal LP is a Corporate Authorised Representative (CAR #402632) of City Index Australia, a company incorporated in Australia (ACN 141 774 727) and holder of an Australian Financial Services License (AFSL 345646) issued by the Australian Securities & Investment Commission (ASIC).

TWP is a financial services company which specialises in the education of retail clients in the forex, futures and derivatives markets with a focus on responsible risk and money management. TWP operates across the globe with a local presence in Australia, UK, USA and New Zealand.

Services
TWP is authorised by City Index Australia to provide general financial product advice for the following financial products:
a) Derivatives; and
b) foreign exchange contracts.

TWP is not authorised to provide you with general financial services advice in relation to City Index Australia’s products.

General Advice Warning
The general financial services advice provided by TWP will not be based on clients’ personal circumstances. As a result clients should, before acting on the advice provided, consider the appropriateness of the advice and the product, having regard to their own objectives, financial situation and needs.

Products
TWP offers forex, futures and derivatives education services in its own right. Including:
a) Live or recording courses
b) After course mentoring
c) Daily video newsletters

Referrals
When we refer our clients to a particular product issuer such as a CFD or Margin FX provider, clients should obtain a Product Disclosure Statement (PDS) and consider the contents of the PDS relating to the product before making any decision about whether to use the product.

How are staff paid?
All TWP staff are salaried employees or consultants. In addition to salary or retainer, some members of staff may be entitled to a performance-based discretionary bonus. All payments are calculated according to a number of factors including the general operating performance of the company.

Benefits Received from third party suppliers
We can, at our discretion, enter into arrangements with third party suppliers, such as CFD issuers, to whom we may directly or indirectly refer our Clients. When we do so, TWP receives a portion of the fees paid to the CFD issuer on each trade.

The charges above apply to both buy and sell transactions. Generally, the amount we receive will vary depending on the following factors:
- the types of products you trade.
- the frequency of your trading
- the notional value of the transactions you conduct

Those fees are not in addition to the fees incurred when trading with the CFD issuer.

Information on Remuneration
A fee will be payable by a client before they attend one of our courses. A monthly reoccurring fee will be payable if a client subscribes to our video newsletter. These fees are subject to change and clients will be notified of the charge before they purchase.

Commissions may be paid to our staff and consultants out of the price paid by the client for our services. The amount of commission paid to staff and consultants is negotiated on an individual bases depending upon their employment relationship or contract with TWP, the volume of sales, seniority and individual performance targets. The maximum commission paid is 15% of the price paid by the client.

Dispute resolution
If you are dissatisfied with our service in any way, you can contact us by sending an email to the Complaints Officer
info@tradewithprecision.com and we seek to resolve the issue. All complaints or queries will be investigated promptly and fully. After we conduct our investigation of your complaint or query we will report our findings and decisions to you either by telephone or in writing. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome, you can ask us to refer the complaint to City Index Australia. City Index Australia’s internal and external complaint resolution procedures can be found on their website: www.cityindex.com.au.

City Index Australia belongs to an ASIC-approved independent external dispute resolution scheme, run by the Financial Ombudsman Service (FOS). Any unresolved complaints regarding TWP can be referred to FOS subject to their Terms of Reference.

Compensation Arrangements
TWP holds a current Professional Indemnity policy to the value of $2,000,000.
